Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Secnd Soul pieces. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@secndsoul.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll reply with instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order.

Final sale
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
